It has a real 3D form
Every Supavenger is a full 3D model with a skeleton inside it, the same way characters in a video game are built. That skeleton is what lets it move like a person instead of sliding around like a sticker.
Supavengers docs
A Supavenger is not a picture you set as your profile photo. It is a one-of-one 3D character that steps out of your wallet and into Metaground, our open world, where it comes to life, explores and fights other players.
This page explains what that means, how your NFT becomes the hero you control, and how fights will work.
Most NFT collections are a still image. You buy it, you set it as your avatar, and that is where its story ends. The image never moves, never goes anywhere and never does anything.
A Supavenger is built the other way around. The 3D character comes first. The art you see on a marketplace is a portrait of that character, not the whole thing.
Every Supavenger is a full 3D model with a skeleton inside it, the same way characters in a video game are built. That skeleton is what lets it move like a person instead of sliding around like a sticker.
Even when you leave it alone, your hero never freezes like a statue. When you take control, every move it makes comes from its own body, just like a character in a video game.
No two Supavengers are the same. The traits that make your NFT unique are the traits your hero wears in the world, so other players see exactly the hero you own.
A living hero needs somewhere to be. Metaground is that place: an open world in your browser where your hero meets other heroes, collects volt orbs and fights.
Playing as your own Supavenger is coming soon, after the mint. This is how it will work.
Your NFT is the key. Metaground checks which Supavengers your wallet holds, finds each one's 3D body, and drops the hero you choose into the world. The whole trip takes a few seconds.
Go to supavengers.space/metaground and press Connect wallet. Use the same EVM wallet that holds your Supavengers. Connecting only shares your public wallet address.
The page reads the Supavengers contract on the blockchain and lists every Supavenger in your wallet. This is a read, the same as looking up your wallet on a block explorer. It costs no gas and sends no transaction.
Your wallet asks you to sign a short message. Signing is free and proves you control the wallet, so nobody can play as your hero by pasting your address. It never moves your NFT or your funds.
If you hold more than one Supavenger, choose who goes in. Each one is shown with its token number and traits.
Every token is linked to its own 3D model. Metaground downloads the model for your exact token, with your traits on it and its skeleton ready to move. It is the same hero as your NFT art, now in full 3D.
Your hero appears in Metaground and you take control. Other players see your hero, by its token number, exactly as you see it.
Your NFT never leaves your wallet. Metaground only reads which heroes you own. Nothing is staked, locked or transferred to play.
Metaground is shared. When you are in, other holders are in too, each one playing their own Supavenger. Find another hero, square up and fight.
Player fights are coming soon. This is how they will work.
Find another player's hero in the world. You can see their token number above their head.
Attack the other hero. Every hit that lands takes away some of their health. Keep moving so they cannot hit you back.
When a hero's health runs out, it is knocked out and the fight goes to the hero still standing. The knocked-out hero comes back a few seconds later at a safe spot.
Wins, volt orbs and time in the world earn rewards. The full reward rules will be announced before player fights go live.
Losing a fight never costs you your NFT. A knockout only sends your hero back to respawn. Your Supavenger stays in your wallet whatever happens in the world.
The hero belongs to the token, not to an account. Whoever holds the NFT is the one who can bring that hero into Metaground.
The hero goes with it. The next time Metaground checks your wallet, that hero will not be in your list, and its new holder can bring it into the world. You do not need to do anything to make this happen.
Connecting and signing a message is all Metaground will ever ask of your wallet. Supavengers will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and playing never needs you to approve a token transfer. If a page asks for either, it is not us.
Metaground is open today with a demo hero, so you can already explore the world. Playing as your own Supavenger arrives after the mint.
